Rachel Barrett

Rachel is from Milford, Michigan. She has an extensive athletic background, as a competitor and clinician. Rachel earned her Bachelor’s in Movement Science from the University of Michigan in 2018 and was a member of the U of M cross country and track and field teams from 2014-2018. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Grand Valley State University in 2021. Rachel has clinical experience in acute care orthopedics, outpatient orthopedics with a sports emphasis, as well as with the Early On program serving children from birth to three years old. Rachel particularly enjoys working with athletes, from grade school kids up to people competing in the Master’s division of their sport. Rachel started working in our Hastings First Rehab & Sport location in the fall of 2023. When Rachel isn’t working, she enjoys running, hiking, tailgating/going to football games, and watching sports. She also loves to travel and her goal is to visit every state in the United States.
